A small 6 unit vintage beachside motel run by true Kiwis happy to pass on our local knowledge. All units fully self contained with full kitchens. We are right on the Firth of Thames and each unit has it's own deck so you can enjoy the uninterrupted seaview. You will enjoy fabulous sunsets and sleep with the sea lapping outside your window. Waiomu is a small beachside community with a fantastic cafe. 5 minutes drive to 2 general stores and a local pub that is a real slice of Kiwiana. The Coast to Kauri walk in the bay takes you through some lovely native bush and still retains some relics from our bygone goldmining days. All in all we are a great place to base yourselves for your Coromandel stay.
